my gepik contract says i have 28 days vacation. it does not say that includes weekends, however it infers it i guess.
if your contract says 28 days vacation, does that mean weekends included or is it 28 working days? my school says weekends are a part of the 28.
me tired of fighting them....

There was a posting on here in the last couple of days...yesterday I think...about the law re vacation. Look for that posting, you're being had. If it includes weekends then that would be 104 days, as there are 52 weeks in the year.... |

Did you re-sign? When you re-sign you get an extra 14 days INCLUSIVE OF WEEKENDS but normal 14 days is EXCLUSIVE OF WEEKENDS and national holidays. |

My EPIK contract specifically states that Saturdays, Sunday, and National Holidays are not considered workdays and therefore vacation days are in addition to those particular days off. |
