my gepik contract says i have 28 days vacation. it does not say that includes weekends, however it infers it i guess.

if your contract says 28 days vacation, does that mean weekends included or is it 28 working days? my school says weekends are a part of the 28.

me tired of fighting them....

no, my contract does not say working days

There was a posting on here in the last couple of days...yesterday I think...about the law re vacation. Look for that posting, you're being had. If it includes weekends then that would be 104 days, as there are 52 weeks in the year....

Did you re-sign? When you re-sign you get an extra 14 days INCLUSIVE OF WEEKENDS but normal 14 days is EXCLUSIVE OF WEEKENDS and national holidays.

My EPIK contract specifically states that Saturdays, Sunday, and National Holidays are not considered workdays and therefore vacation days are in addition to those particular days off.
