Try this in the States and people will probably stare at you. But Costco is pretty easy going. Sam's Club, on the other hand, might have you arrested. Part of Wal-Mart, you know.
Instead, buy a hot dog and then pile on the onions, etc. On the other hand, try the sauerkraut; it's fermented cabbage!
NOW, the reason I am posting is I just went to the bank. In comes a woman with an infant in a stroller. In the infant's lap is a big, black handgun. I assume it was a toy. But she went by pretty fast.
Pay attention now:
Do NOT, under any circumstances, bring a gun into a bank, not even a toy gun.
This is a federal crime. The FBI investigates bank robberies or attempted bank robberies.
The FBI is not known for its sense of humor.
And they do not serve kimchi in federal prisons.
Oh, and don't wear those caps with full face shaded visors, either. |

Don't brag about Korea.  There are some places where that might actually be appropriate, but not in the States. |

FOR CHRIST SAKES, GIVE THE PEOPLE SOME ROOM! Stand back! I mean, way back. Hold out your arm. If you can touch the next person, you are toooo close!! ESPECIALLY AT THE ATM MACHINE!!
Just as I was punching in my PIN number today, I noticed a face peering over my shoulder. The dude was so curious (or stupid) that he was looking over my shoulder - literally. I mean, come on nitwit!!! Buy a friggin clue!! Luckily, when I turned around to confront him, he had freshman written all over his face so I didn't slap him although I really really wanted to.
I had another close encounter later in the day. We walked by a soccer field with lots of old folks walking laps around the playing field. My wife and I stopped near one corner while our boy climbed a dirt mound. There was not much room between us and nobody was near us at all. Some adjumma doing her laps walks right between us!! I mean she didn't touch us, but I couldn't fathom the reason why she did it.
So I regaled my wife with the ATM story from earlier in the day. During the course of the story, we moved a bit farther from the soccer field, closer to the mound. We moved about 5 meters. Soon, here comes the same adjumma walking around the field, like close to the boundary of the pitch. She veers off the line in our direction and I'll be danged if she doesn't walk between us again!! Just weird.
So don't push your shopping cart up on my heels. WAIT for me to pack my shopping bag. And don't try to enter the same door when I do.
That kind of sheet will earn you some free dental work (or worse) in the states. |

My ass? Why would the cops in the USA shoot my donkey? Unless you mean ARSE...then it could be a possibility. I never understood this american word usage for that part of the anatomy... |
