Anyone heard/know of anyone getting a 25pyng. apt. in one of these areas for between 5-10 million key money and 800 to 1 million a month?

I know I may be deluding myself, and my wife certainly believes this to be the case, but I have found others in the past who have found great deals despite current market trends and conventional wisdom. Perhaps the time of year is the main factor?
