I know about the RAAM. But riding 7 days 23hrs a day without eating solid food or not having any bathroom breaks is not up my cyclepath!!
Those guys who do the RAAM are the toughest sportsmen out there, don't know how they survive it. |

| Canada is a big state... he could have saved alot of time by just crossing through North Dakota and Montana instead. Anyway, the flat tire question depends on his tires, mainly. If he had just put brand new tires on, its entirely possible he wouldnt get any flat tires. After road bike tires have over 1000 miles on them, flat tires become far more common.... I always change my tires every 6 weeks or so because stopping on a ride to change a flat is a pain in the butt. |
