none of those boxes come with a monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse, webcam, microphone or a 256MB videocard.

The lack of offers to date on this forum would indicate that interest is low. The screen is a 15inch, the graphics card was ok in 2004 and the chip is about 3 generations old.
