i live in Gangnam, aka Land of the insanely ridiculous rent: W700,000 to be exact, for a shoebox studio apartment. granted, its close to work, but our school gives us W100,00 to help with rent. W100,000!!! so that means my paycheck gets a whopping W600,000 deducted for rent. in hindsight, i shouldn't have agreed to this apartment so quickly, but i had moved from another Korean city, and my stuff was being sent up, so time was an issue. and i can't move out either. stoopid Gangnam. stoopid me.
so i'm curious, whats your rent, and your accommodation allowance? |
