I am assuming you are using ENGLISH windows XP and viewing a Korean website.

Start -> control panel.
Click -> Date, time, language and regional options.
Click -> add other languages

* make sure that "install east asian languages" box is ticked. If it was NOT ticked you will require the winXP CD to install them.

click the tab at the top "ADVANCED".
Change the setting for non-unicode programs to KOREAN.

Things should work fine. You will need to reboot.

What browser are you using? MS internet explorer?

You do have Korean fonts installed?
