1st series is Hanhwa vs Samsung. Not sure how many games.
The winner plays against Doosan.
The winner of that plays SK for the championship. Doosan is on a huge roll right now, so it seems the finals will be held in Seoul/Incheon. |

first series is best of 3 with 3rd place team having home field
second series is best of 5 with 2nd place team having home field
finals are best of 7
If its 2 teams not from Seoul, then first 2 games are at first place, then 3 and 4 are at second place with games 5,6, and 7 (if nec) at Jamshil
not sure how it goes with a team from seoul playing but there will be games here. its a great atmosphere with 30,000+ people there and at 15,000 won for a ticket its a great value
what stinks is they still have ties after 15 innings. last year i went to game 5 of the finals and to get no result was lousy. couple of years ago because of the ties it went on for like 6 days and the decider was played on a mon nite in the pouring rain with nobody there |

15,000 a ticket? BS. Normal price is 6,000 on weekdays. Do they jack the price up for playoffs?

I dread the day a domestic league becomes a vehicle for national pride.
