I don't know what you mean- I'm aware the term is used in porn, but I've never seen one of these movies and I don't know what it means in that context. Please elaborate.

The one thing that comes to mind when reading that supposed dictionary entry is......ewwwww!!!!!
I detest extreme japanese gonzo porn! Shocked
I had the unfortunate luck of staying at a the only motel in Tzushima that showed porn 24 hours a day, 7 days a week....after I left there and seeing what I saw, I didn't look at japanese porn for 3 months
