I have an outrageous cell phone prepaid, its very expensive.

Can anyone else offer some advice? Name of companies with cheap rates?

If you get a Korean credit card you can get a cell phone very easily. Samsung can get you a credit card in about a week. Click on my name and check back posts for info.
