Hello all! I'm a US classical/indie rock bassist who is currently teaching English in Apkujeong (26 M) and am looking for a room to rent in Kyung-ri-dan, the closer to the main road the better. Standup basses are heavy! I can afford 300,000-400,000 KRW a month and a bit of key money if necessary. We can talk details later.

As I said before, I am a musician, so that means I'll be practicing pretty much every day. The good of it is that I never start before 10am and always end before 10pm on weekdays and don't start until (at the very earliest) noon on weekends. I also currently work from about 2pm until 10pm, so that means that I won't be practicing at all in the evenings during the week. In terms of personal info, I have a long-term girlfriend, so that means no random chickosity happening. Furthermore, I only smoke while drinking and then only in bars, so I won't be stinkin up the joint or coloring the walls yellow with tar. Currently, I'm looking to get a job either with an orchestra or teaching music at the university level, so I'm also driven. No "God I hate Korea and can't figure out what to do with my life!" moanings from THIS weigook!

Oh yeah, if you happen to be fluent in Korean and don't mind me practicing mine on you, that's definitely a plus for me:D

Anyway, I've blathered on long enough as it is. If I haven't scared you off yet and I seem like the kind of person you can deal with, toss me a PM. I look forward to getting some responses!

(P.S.- I clean my own dishes!)
