For those who didn't get their ticket requests in on time for the Ozomatli show in Hongdae on Thursday, you can purchase tickets at Ghost Theater for 4,000 won. I know to many all these last minute changes and additions sound ridiculous, but be happy there are still some tickets available. There are about 200 tickets left. Again, these tickets are 4,000 and can be purchased at the door.

Ozomatli, Ghost Theater Hongdae, Thursday, October 11 at 8 p.m.

Hope to see you there.

Bump. It's not on Galbijim, either.

Here's the address, but no directions:

B3. 356-1 Seogyo-Dong, Mapo-Gu
Seoul
+82. 2. 325. 57 (what is that, a phone number??? 02-325-57???)

I just got home from Hongdae and saw the show.

Frikking wonderful! Seoul is STARVING for more acts like Ozomatli. Hearing Latin-based music was refreshing.

Gotte, I had initial doubts about the 1,000 and 4,000 won tickets, but as you said it was legit. I'll fully support Yellow Productions in the future! Thanks for giving us the opportunity.

For those who weren't there......damn, you missed out. I'll let someone less tired write details.

no doubt! AWESOME show, great energy! So true Seoul needs more of that in its music scene. Guys in the band were really cool as well. I kinda feel guilty I paid 1,000won for the show. Hope those guys were well compensated for their time...

don't know if anyone saw, but the Brand New Heavies are coming November 8th. Saw a poster at the club last night. checked their myspace...Club Veil. try to keep y'all posted...

cheers!

Agreed. The ticket price was on the level (I wonder if they didn't publicize it enough and suddenly realized they'd only sold like ten tickets or something) and I was able to get mine without a hitch. I'll go to other Yellow Recommends events in the future.

I thought the show started out good but not great, but was amazing to see the energy just build and build until the congo-line climax. It was awesome. The Korean friend I brought with me was blown away.
