Is this stuff really healthy? Or is it just loaded with sugar?

As with most "health" drinks in Korea, it's loaded with sugar.

I avoid "health drinks" in Korea because a fair number of them have caffeine and nicotine as ingredients.

There was a thread on here where a guy got worried that his health drinks had nicotine in them. However, it was actually Nicotinamide.

Double check the label.

There is no "equivalent" of Red Bull here, and Red Bull doesn't contain Vitamin C anyway. The nearest thing to it is Bacchus from what I've seen.

You need to go on base for red bull. Make friends with a military person and get them to get you some.

If you live in Bundang, the ilovecookie.com store currently has a bunch of Rockstar and Red Bull.

The kind that you can only get in pharmacies, that is (bacchus-D). The other kind is crap.

Take a look at the wiki. It's far more potent than Red Bull...

Why is it more potent than Red Bull? It has a higher dosage of taurine, but it's questionable whether extra-intake of taurine actually has any effect at all. Both products contain B-vitamins. Red Bull has caffeine.
