I'm going to avoid your vainglorious comment here. Usually when those kind of comments come out you've nothing to add. You're just fudging or missing the point. You have obviously missed the point about what 'fact' is. You think, you read fact and I read propaganda. That's the kind of 'ivory tower' argument that doesn't win these arguments. The idea that I'm right and you're wrong, doesn't wash.

Not trying too hard here. I don't take myself too seriously on these boards, and am always surprised by how up their own as*es some people are. Belittling others because of an alternative POV, is a little childish.

Maybe you're not asleep as you thought dmbfan

Yeah, nothing to add. That's because sensible people know that the LA Crimes and The Guardian are full of it!

What is interesting is that there people who are willing to be spoon fed information that has little, if any, basis....rather then look into, research or consider the information from someone that was actually there, without an agenda. Why is that so hard to believe?

Oh yes, I remember now.......

Far left liberals don't deal well with facts. What is important is "Bush lied! There were no WMDs It's an immoral war". Anything that jepordizes those basic beliefs isn't dealt with. They are not going to argue since they can't refute the facts. Tommorrow or the next day they will be saying "Bush lied! There were no WMDs It's an immoral war". Your comments won't even cause a ripple......

Now, did I say YOU ARE WRONG? No...I just can't give credit to your two sources......The L.A. Crimes and The Guardian, for Pete's sake!!!!

I did not start to belittle anyone....I did not initially attack anyones character, here.

Keep smiling...keep shinnig!

The guardian source, was the German Intelligence source. That's pretty factual. Not the paper itself.

Gonna bring you back to this one. Why are we so messed up? To me people who think that Iran need to be taught a lesson, or that Iraq deserved everything that was coming to them shows the same kind of thinking. You're all pretty messed up for thinking that you have every right to go into another country and blow the hell out of it, kill children, bomb schools etc and think that you're doing them a favour.

It's like a list of "who's next?"

Who has a better future

A) The US

B) The EU

Interesting............

When the US's hegemonic status ends, and it will, it has nothing to do with the Left destroying it. It is cyclical. The US struggling to hold it now. So I think the EU has the better future because the US has further to fall, then years of mediocrity.

Take the UK as an example, what identity do we have? It's been fifty odd years as well since our fall from grace.

Didn't I hear something on the radio about the new UK identity being
related to eating curry?

I find it interesting that people are willing to fight in a war
for freedom, kill for freedom, and die for freedom but
not give up cheap goods, cheap oil, and cheap healthcare
for freedom.

Pretty factual, eh? Kind of like how pretty much everyone knew that Saddam DID have WMD's? Well, I'll compromise on that with you, I guess. I mean, German intelligence can't be wrong, right?

And BY ALL MEANS...lets just stand on the sidelins and watch Iran, whose president stated that Isreal should be taken off the map, develop nuclear weapons.....................oh, I mean, nuclear engery..my bad Rolling Eyes

Apathy is contagious......

Oh, and why are people messed up nowadays?

Apathy is contagious.......that is a pretty phucked up syndrom if you ask me. Standing on the sidelines, pretending to believe (or actually believing)..."IF we just keep to ourselves, they will leave us alone".

Sorry man..........it is phucked up to think or assume that nowadays. I don't want to see a war with Iran, but this is a pot waiting to blow over. And, how much as Europe done to calm the situation (or, in regards to anything in that matter)?

Oh, what was this huge blunder I made?
