"Freebird" - Lynyrd Skynyrd" - slow to accelerate, but goes way over the speed limit for quite a stretch - see for yourself in this high quality video:

The last couple minutes of this one will drive you off the road ("I'm Going Home" - Ten Years After):http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHw9b4BBV9Y

"White Light, White Heat" only the live version, Velvet Underground.
I use this for extended sprint training on my bike. Better than acid.

Hands down it's "Money for Nothing" by Dire Straits, especially the extended version. The guitar part coupled with the drums makes you want to put the pedal to the medal.

Birthday song by The Beatles. I got pulled over doing 83 in a 55 while listening to that when I was a uni student. I still suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder every time I hear it.
