| Be careful about teaching and living in a small town in Korea. Usually the people there, Koreans and foreigner alike are super-conservative and super-weird. You may even get called "too fashiony" for the area you are in if you dress well and not like some old ajumma or ajossi. As in, males must wear socks with their sandals. GEEZ!!! |

Novalis can I make a suggestion that instead of consulting with bushpeople lawyers here, you go and see the real deal efl-law.com. The site has some great info there as well as sample contracts.
