Sorry to disappoint you Joo but Nazi philosophy is too depressing & mean. Weird, eh? How some people can so easily be herded down a path to suffering, destruction & HELL.
For the record (thought i made this clear earlier) i aim to become an ARYA. Of course this is completely different from this Nazi nonsense ... you seem to know so much about

Indeed, the world really would be a much better place, with more general happiness & peaceful coexistence ...

Not really sure why you've included this as an exhibit? All he's saying here is that he thinks it's a shame that a 'cool' symbol like the swastika was usurped by 'dark forces' and its image blackened. A lot of people might agree, especially Buddhists. Not really sure how any of your evidence proves IGTG is a Nazi either? It seems to show rather that he believes the Zionists and Nazis colluded in some nefarious conspiracy. So you might attack him for giving credence to 'oddball' conspiracies, and you might attack him for slandering the Zionist movement, but in the evidence you've presented, I don't see him as a supporter of Nazism.
Just thought I'd stick my oar in and give it a stir. |

This debate goes over very familiar territory I feel.
Joo accused IGTG of being a Nazi, but then changed his tack and called him a �bigot and a disinformation artist� for the Zionist/Nazi collusion conspiracy theory comments. It�s clearly a really really dumb theory which only a wacko would take seriously. I think the latter accusation is more appropriate because the poster is not expressing views commonly held by Nazis. Surely a Nazi would say �we collaborated with the Zionists?�.
However Joo Rip Ree (whatever his/her name is) doesn�t get away with it either. Calling someone a �Nazi�is a very serious (and sadly highly overused) insult. You have to be very very careful using that word because it is very often libelous. It�s a pity that people call each other Fascists and Nazis all the time on this, and other boards. It�s usually inaccurate and does nothing to help debate.
Also, the words �anti-semetic� and �racist�are often used unecessarily and inaccurately in debates like this. I�m afraid to say that too often people who criticise Israeli policy towards the Palestians are branded as �anti-semetic� both on Dave�s and in the real-life political sphere. Most often this just stifles debate and creates bitterness. Is it deliberately used to smear people and stifle debate? I don�t know.
The pro-Palestine movement I feel just seriously need to chill out a bit. I�ve spent time with some of them and they�re paranoid and obsessed. Perhaps they need to realise that more people than they think are sympathetic towards the plight of the Palestians. Also maybe they need to realise that the Palestians themselves are not perfect people. Hamas, for example, does have a clause in it�s constitution advocating the destruction of Israel. If Arabs abandoned that type of thinking, it would help their cause immensely.
As far as Israel/Palestine is concerned, both sides on this thread seem to agree that Israel has a right to exist and that there should be a two state solution.........which is encouraging. Indeed, in the wider world away from Dave�s everybody needs to try and keep this in mind. The only way to solve this conflict is to work towards a two-state solution, with the implied conditions that Israel is safe and secure, and that the Palestians are free to travel and to trade.
Israel/Palestine always comes with very very strong emotions on both sides. I think a good first step would be for everyone to try and understand that. Instead of just jumping in and starting name calling. |
