I've never cried for listening to a song, but there are tonnes that make me want to.

"Blue Angel" by Roy Orbison; just that last note.
"Things Go Wrong" by Chris Isaac
"Into My Arms" by Nick Cave. What every wedding song should be.
"This Woman's Work" by Kate Bush
"The Ballad Of Sister Sue" by Slowdive

And watching Jane's Addiction close their last Canadian show ever (with the original lineup) with "Classic Girl" got me crying. There weren't too many dry eyes in the place.

That slight solo in the Manic Street Preachers' "Motorcycle Emptiness" makes me want to cry and air-guitar at the same time.
