For rent is a nice bachelor apartment in Mangpo-dong, Suwon.
Apartment has hard wood floors, nice ondol system, separate kitchen/laundry room, and of course clean bathroom. Everything is quite modern and would be suitable for a couple. Currently I am living there with my boyfriend but we are moving at the end of the month, so the apartment will be available then. There is a separate area for shoes and a large closet for clothing. In the doorway there is a separate closet for shoes and a few drawers and shelves. The laundry area has a large washing machine which is quite good. There is a gas stove and a large sink, plus an area for drying dishes. The kitchen is separated by sliding glass doors. If you have any questions, let me know. I will be posting pictures later tonight to give you an idea.

Area is 10평. (pyeong)

PS. Around the area are several convenience stores, a grocery store, several restaurants, and a few blocks away is an area with bars, restaurants, noraebang, massage places, and several other things. If you have a car there are also several parking spaces.

Key money is 5,000,000 won, and rent is 320,000 won.
You also have to pay 20,000 a month for management fees which goes towards taking care of the building.
