Hi,
This question is ridiculously off-topic, but I'm sitting here in Toronto trying to remember the name of a bakery in Incheon (it was a franchise and I'm sure there were some in Seoul too) that used to sell this delicious green tea cake.
The name of the bakery is on the tip of my tongue. I think it's a french name or something. I know this is silly but it's one of those things that is rapidly warping my mind into an obsessive frenzy.
Any help would be appreciated.

| Well, in Gangnam there is O'Sulloc. It specializes in everything green tea. green tea cheesecake, green tea lattes, green tea soups, etc. But I didn't notice it when I was in Gangnam on Sunday. Did it already shut down? |

Tous Les Jours I think.
Paris Baguette?
Paris Croissant?
If it was french, it's likely Tous Les Jours |

There's no such thing as a delicious green tea cake. |

Oh yes there is, sir! Yes there is!
Paris Baguette is indeed the name of the bakery. I thought of it after a further hour of agonizing. Interestingly, this is indeed a franchise, but strictly a Korean one. I had always assumed it was American or something but it's Korean through and through.
Thanks all!
