Does anybody know where I might find a good, detailed map of the bus routes of Busan? And a street map? In English? I can find maps of the subway without issue, but am having some problems finding a good bus map or a general street map... this may in part be due to my own incompetency, but some direction would be appreciated either way. Thank you! |

When I was in Busan I got my maps and booklets from the tourism building at Haeundae Beach next to the Aquarium. It was good info |

Yeah, there's a decent tourist map available. I got mine at the train station. I suspect we're all out of luck when it comes to the bus route map, though. From what I've heard they never produced one. I've heard there is some kind of book detailing the bus stops for each route, but it's in Korean and no one can tell me where to find it. |

I agree regarding the buses. I was never able to find any info, they were always an enigma. Only thing to do is ask a local, or just get on the bus and see where it goes - if you have that kind of time. |

If you go to the bookstore in the bottom of SFunz Mall in Haeundae, you can find a very detailed street map. I believe that it's in English, but I could be mistaken. I do remember looking over a very detailed one a few months ago when I was there. To get to the bookstore go to the Haeundae stop, go out exit number 1, walk straight for a block and there you are. The bookstore is in the basement.
The Korean word for map is 지도, ji-do. Good luck! |

Thanks for the help, everybody. Perhaps I'll take a trip to Haeundae tomorrow and find a map! |
