Hi guys, I'm Desiree. That's my name in real life too Wink I just wanted to say hi. I'm new here and I don't have any friends yet but I'm hoping to meet some people soon. I'm in the south east part near Pusan. I'm hoping to study some Korean. Is it very hard? I heard it's easy to write but hard to speak.
Bye!

It starts out easy. I have a hard time getting past level 2.

Awesome~! My major is General Biology, but my focus was always freshwater ecology.
I think we've successfully hijacked our beloved Desiree's thread. Razz

top stuff. I'm currently finishing up my masters Enviro Management. Emphasis on using GIS and remote sensing to monitor and map wetland declines. Right this minute trying to finish a paper on the applicability of the RCC (river continuum concept) in australian systems. Familiar with the RCC?

* the evil penguin extends a wing in friendship* Shake?

yep, we have officially hijacked the thread. We could go somewhere else...but what better place to discuss then here. Hope you don't mind Desiree but this here threads gonna be about wet stuff from now on.

Anybody wanna join in with aquatic bug discussions??? I reckon Megaloptera's are the coolest... Feel free to disagree.

RCC, mate.. I dunno. I've been in Korean classrooms for 10 years.
I think I have a big learning curve if I get back into it.

I wanna give you a high 5, but well, you have a wing.
How do I address you? TEP
