Now, was he born that way or did someone cast a spell on him? What would a Rowling-esque spell for inducing this orientation sound like?

Phallica Amorica

Smile

J.K. Rowling liked that her books were often debated, and loved pushing tolerance to her readers. I think it's kinda cool she made him gay.

I wonder what her next book would be like.
It's gonna be hard to live up to the expectations, but I'm sure she'll come up with something great.

I knew that Sir Ian McKellen should have played him in the movies.

He was elderly and never got married. Koreans are right to be suspicious of old bachelors.

Rowling is full of shit. She doesn't have the balls to say he's gay in the books? What a sellout. Oh well, I can't stand that series anyway. Total rip off of the Star Wars series anyway...

Really? There are similarities but hardly a rip off.

I'm sure Star Wars stole some of its ideas as well.

I don't see the point of doing this at all. Just to be even more PC? It doesn't have any bearing on the story at all. Why not say that Ron was hepatitis positive, and Severus Snape had a diaper fetish?

That seems to be the general plot of lots of fantasy/sci fi novels, some of which pre date Star Wars.
