Yes, you can get abortions in Korea, 40% of pregnancies in Korea end in abortion.

Plan B is a brand of the morning after pill AKA emergency contraceptive.

Go to any gynocologist clinic and tell them you need it. No problems. I've heard of people getting it at pharmacies without perscription but I've also heard of pharmacies refusing to give it without one.
