which team will win? Wink

I'm cheering for the Rockies, but I think the Sox will take it--too much talent, and having games 6 and 7 at Fenway (if neccessary) is huge. I'm also curious to see how Francis, the B.C. boy does against Manny and Ortiz.

As an old Red Sox fan, the team has somewhat less appeal after finally breaking the "Bambino's" curse and spending so much on high-priced players...

They're the 2-1 favorites according to Vegas oddsmakers, but most of the early heavy betting has been on the Rockies.

Winning 21 of their last 22 games is an incredible run, and many people see them as a team of destiny.

My pick, though, is Boston in 6 or 7 games.

I'm going to try and buy tickets off the Rockies' website today. If I do get some, it'll be sheer dumb luck.

Had to wait through continual 2-minute count downs just to get in line.... to then get in another line for the Rockies website. Almost made it on the first hour, after that forget about it.

I'm seeing tickets online now for $700+ each.

I say Rox in 5. They're hot and ready to do some damage. Plus, I think they're definitely gonna try to win it at home like the Indians couldn't seem to do.
