eritrea is dedicated. It fought a war for independence for decades. Ethiopia is more heterogeneous and less motivated. The eritriean diaspora would contribute resources if Ethiopia once again attacked and/or occupied Eritrea. The Ethiopian diaspora would not contribute the same amount for their country. Eritrea would eventually come out on top. |
