We are bailing and have about 5 years of stuff that we have somehow managed to accumulate. The more we sell, the less we have to ship, so color us motiviated.

We are down in the country, Sancheong Gun, Gyeongnam Do so coming to view will be a problem unless you are in Jinju/ Masan/ Suncheon with a car, But we are often traveling to Seoul, Busan, Deagu, Daejeon and points between, so arrangements can be made.
