How is that discrimination?
What's wrong with havign a bit of class in your hotel and not having drunken partygoers running around at night waking up more important guests probably spending twice as much as they do in the hotel. |

Not letting a legal adult check into the hotel, or drink for that matter, is age discrimination. Do all black people love watermelon and fried chicken? Do all 18-21 year olds party loudly all night? |

see it all the time, they dont want the spring breakers and all the damage they cause. why do you think the minimum car rental age is like 25?
if you are under 22 and look decent and its not around spring break you may be fine
they are a private business, if they are not discriminating against a certain group they are fine. heck the drinking age is 21 that's based on your arguments discrimination. |

Most car rental companies won't rent to people under 25...they're legally adults.
The hotel is worried about their property and their other guests...the rental car agencies are worried about their property.
These things have been adjudicated - courts in the US say not discrimination. |

And Ilsan Shooting club (http://www.ilsansc.com) charges double for anyone who isn't Korean. I heard from a little birdy that my friend wanted to start a fight with them over it, but he was scared they'd shoot him. Long live discrimination! |
