I've pondered this. When you go to immigration, take two tickets, especially if there's a long, long wait. Your second ticket:
1) Sell it to someone who comes in an hour later for $20. Wouldn't you pay cash to jump the line?
2) Keep your eye out for a cute Japanese student that comes in about an hour after you. Try to chat her up. Offer her your spare ticket. Get a coffee date.
You might have to make some kind of excuse. Your friend didn't want to wait or whatever and gave you his spare ticket.
Yes, I am scum. Thank you for your concern. |

Drop it on the floor in front of a group of TB ridden 3D workers and watch them fight over it. |

One of the perks of living in the bush ...
I go to Yeosu Immigration, more often than not I'm the only big nose in there and I'm and out within 5 to 10 minutes. The service is quite friendly, professional and cordial. Probably due to them only having to deal with ten different people during the entire day.
Won't want to get locked up there mind you, the {expletive} let several foreigners burn to death in their cells earlier this year. |

I could find no such phone number on the english page and my GF looked (or claimed to look) on the Korean version and could find no such number. I don't doubt there is a reservation number. If so, any ideas where to find it? |

In Incheon immigration, there is one side for Chinese and one side for 'others'. I went to the 'others' side and got in and out in less than 20 minutes.
The Chinese side has at least 4 dozen people, and I am sure they all had to wait for over an hour. |

You make the reservation online and then show up at the immigration office at the reserved hour. Go to http://www.immigration.go.kr/indeximmeng.html and click "Online Service" to make a reservation. |
