Again, my story...arrived in late august/job was great/hagwon sold/new company offered me a LOR/this takes affect on Nov 1st/the new jobs i've been offered don't appeal to me..soooo
If I decided to go back to the uk a few days after I receive my LOR to spend xmas and new there, could I apply for a new job and come back to Korea in january to start afresh with a new one year contract?. How would this affect my visa etc. Again I've been here a few months and will be recieving m LOR with mutual agreement. Thanks....stiofan |

It will cancel your current visa.
Hand in your ARC to the gent who stamps your passport on the way out of the country. Keep the original LOR and if necessary, supply copies to any new employer (if they need it) when you decide to return.
You will need to begin the visa process anew when you decide to seek a new job (whether you do it now or later).
