IKEA will not operate in Korea due to the Korean Government's insistence that all foreign companies should take a Korean Partner.
There is a Knock-off shop in Paju, which is very inconveniently located and very expensive.
I know nothing of the place in the link, but when I followed it, it did not have the name IKEA anywhere on the site, so it is probably also a knock-off site. They buy from the same or similar factories in China that makes the stuff for IKEA, so its probably OK if the price is right.

Those prices are for 'sofa covers'... or 'chair covers'. You need to own/buy the sofa or chair model that goes with it. At least thats what I get from looking at the Korean.
