Up til now you'd have to be from a pretty crappy part of the world to consider Korean citizenship a step up. It would be a spare few that would give up their Canadian citizenship for a crack at being able to vote for idiot Korean politicians. But if this ever goes through, it sure could open up possibilities for some of the lifers here. |
