MAJOR UPDATE:

winners of our 'photo challenges' are published EVERY WEEK in the korea herald.
we meet regularly, we've done 2 female nude shoots, we're looking to do our first male nude in february, we're doing a DMZ tour in march, and we always have fun stuff on our site.

UPDATE: we now have 40 members in our facebook 'seoul photo club' group ... more members are definitely welcome! 
UPDATE 2: we are organising weekly 'challenges' to keep the group interesting and to give people something to do ... [/size]
UPDATE 3: the nude shoot is going to be in approximately 2 weeks time. There's been a lot of interest from male and female photographers ... so after this shoot, i might organise another shoot with a nude male model.[/size]
UPDATE 4: the group has over 60 members now. the nude shoot was completed yesterday. we had a lot of fun and the shoot went very well. you can see a small sample of the photos on my blog:

if you're interested in photography, or doing studio/nude shoots in the future, join up. we also meet on weekends, so there are regular get togethers and plenty of chances to take photos, drink beer and talk photography.[/size]
UPDATE 5: over 70 members now!! wow!! today (sunday, november 25th) we're headed to the war memorial. we expect 20-30 photographers to show up. gonna be a huge group of foreigners and cameras.

hey all!!!
i've been approached by a lot of people lately about photography in seoul. so i've decided to start a small photography club on facebook.

anyone's welcome to join, but it's mainly aimed at dslr and slr photography (serious point and shooters are welcome though!
to gather some interest, i've decided to organise the first shoot as a nude model shoot. if you're interested in photography and shooting in seoul, or you just want to try shooting nudes in a studio, or you want to meet and talk with other local photographers ... then please join.
membership is by approval, however if you live in seoul (or near seoul and are prepared to come up and hang with us) then you won't be rejected. oh ... and details of the first shoot (nude model) are already posted in the group.
post here if you have any comments or questions ... join the group if you're interested in meeting other photographers.
note: this isn't a serious group, we're gonna try and have fun ... so don't be scared if you're a novice user ... we can all learn from each other and have fun, drink beer, and take photos at the same time!

I don't have Facebook, but I'm interested in joining a photography club. I'm pretty new to the D-SLR scene but am not one of those people who leave their camera on AUTO or Program all the time.
Definitely interested. |

hey ... joining facebook is easy ... and it's a good site (i think). it's not a photography club, per se! it's more informal ... we'll just meet whenever we can ... maybe once a month ... but we'll always try to make it an event or something interesting.

ok ... i'm not 100% familiar with facebook's setup. but it says that people can request to join the group.
please request to join the group if you want to shoot with us ...
if requests are impossible, please add me (super dave) to your friend list and i'll send you an invite.

gorillamask.net has nudes added everyday. the site is safe for work, the links of nudes tell you if its not safe. |
