Any idea where I could find them. I wear a USA size 9 or 9.5. I looked at Songtan but to no avail. Is there a place I could get them made there? What about Itaewon or Coex Mall?

Anyone....anyone???? There must be some other girls out there with mutantly big compared to Koreans size feet.

Try the Soda brand. They can measure you and make them for you. I'm a 10AA american size. After 10 years I've yet to find off the rack shoes here in any style except for flip flops in my size.

Kumkang makes up to size 9 which is 260 in Korea and they have some own stores all around Seoul. They are also in any major shopping mall. Their shoes are quite pricy though:

there you can buy up to 265. i bought 2 pairs online and i have been satisfied.

Just joking check myeongdong and the hyundai department store by there. I had shoes make there. The just ask for a small deposit and then you pay the rest. If you need them fast go to iteawon. The shoe store across the street from the SC bank has large size shoes. I'm a 295 in Korea and they have them.

jlb, I wear North American size 9 or 9.5, too. I haven't actually bought shoes in Korea, but one of my Korean friends says you can order women's size 260-265 online on department store websites, even though they don't usually have those sizes on the shelves in the store.

Seriously...don't why I didn't think of this before. I'm going to get my sister, who has the same size feet to buy and mail me a pair from Canada. Genius! Thanks for your help though.
