The reason I like my life here is...
the regular(sic) package of green banknotes I receive.

For me, it is all with the Koreans themselves. As much as I feel as second class citizen here, I still stay becuase the Koreans are so darn lovable. Most aspects about Korean culture removed from overt politics I am all dreamy about.

You forgot all the wonderful tacky crap you can buy here, the stationary is fantastic, and all the little pens. koreans are so complimentary, its fabulous.

Laughing ya, I actually acquired the bad habit of stopping in stationery stores and looking at the the letter-paper they have. I especially like the ones with short poems written at the top, along with various pictures. I usually can't understand what the poems mean, but it's a uniquely Korean thing I can send home to my family.
