| Lately, I've become addicted putting sweetened condensed milk which comes in a squeeze bottle into a bowl and dipping into it melon flavored ice cream bars. But Im sure thats nat what the stuff is supposed to be used for. What do Koreans do with it? |

I've only ever had it on popbingsoo. For those of you who don't know what popbingsoo is...it's the Korean dessert with red beans, shaved ice, duk, sweetened condensed milk and sometimes fruit and even ice cream.
That was one thing I liked about the Korean summer - sitting down to a nice cold bowl of papbingsoo on a hot summer day. Good stuff. |

Usually disappears from shelves at the local super after summer. I found some canned stuff at E-mart (or Homeplus can't remember for sure)... Also Costco has some in packs of 2. |

Wow, I had no idea it had so many uses!
Yeah, they seem to have an endless supply at "home mahteu" in my small town; they keep it refrigerated... |

I know (some American) people used to feed it to babies back in the 40's and 50's. Since you usually find it the aisle with baby formula, I figured some (misguided) people may still feed it to babies.
That's just a hypothesis, though. |
