Myself, I never sweat (except at the gym) and, I get more than a toilet seat... Cool

I do. Sometimes it is just hard to mentally calm myself down. It's like taking a standarized test. Smile

I come from a long line of sweaty people.
I am also an introvert at heart.
I get the nervous sweats each time I get up in front of a class to teach them. I've been teaching 3 years mind you. It's never gone away.
So, I don't buy white shirts b/c tey'll be ruined after a few wearings and I wear a lot of dark clothes to hide the sweatiness. There's really nothing to be done, except to just be comfortable with having sweaty pits.

I wore a shirt for one day in the summer and then gave up because of the sweat patches all over. So I took to wearing a black or grey jumper wool jumper over my t-shirt. "Are you not hot?" "Yep, very. But I'd rather be hot than have no dignity"

Gym was another favourite for losing about 4 stone of water. Now it's cooled down I thought it'd stop but still my right armpit is a bit of a sweat patch. Not from being nervous but hereditary. Thanks Dad!

You may have a disorder called "hyperhydrosis" and there is apparently a pill you can get for it.

Also, you can have your glands removed but that sounds very dangerous.

Also, if you have the bucks, you can get botox, that will prevent you from sweating but it only last 3-6 months and costs 500$ a shot.

I saw on Korean TV one day not long ago about these sweat patches you can attach to the shirt of your underarm that hide the appearence of sweat. I'm still trying to find them but to no luck yet.

They do exist and might be a good idea. Basically they are sticky and they go on the inside of your shirt underarm. They just hide the sweat by absorbing it or something like that.

I too sweat very easily.
I got some 24H SpeedStick from the USA via ebay.
I used one stick (from a 3 pack) since March.
Very effective, and cost me $25 (6 + 19 carriage!) for 3 sticks.

I used to use evryday deodorant in the UK, not that good. Had to get a powerful one in Korea.

No problems now holding things up in the class.

Also, a good tip is not to keep your arms pinned to your sides as they get more sweaty.

I saw something like that at Watson's, but it was only for ladies, I believe. It attaches to your bra strap and sits snug against your armpit instead of sticking to the shirt.

There's a Watson's by Migeum station in Bundang, and I believe I've seen one in Kangnam somewhere, but I can't remember.

I'm envious of Asians, they don't seem to sweat much. Anyone know why?

I basically keep my arms pinned because I notice I have sweaty pits. errgh. I don't want them to start laughing at me when it is a cold day and I am still sweating. I use Degree which I bought in the US but I have yet to find a deoderant that keeps me completely dry there. Perhaps I can get some prescription deoderant.

Not that i'm an expert on this but you can sort of from Boots in the UK. They have online too. The deodrant contains chlorine or something like that which is meant to really help.
