I can access mine via a proxy, which doesn't bode well.

I did a google search and someone posted that it was because the government said someone posted a video of that guy getting beheaded, Kim Seong Il (Iraq?). Another guy speculated it had something to do with the elections.

My school website that I set up is on a blogger blog, so the kids haven't been able to get on it this week. Sucks.

So much for free speech. Guess this is one noticeable difference (of many) between Korea and back home.

this is my proxy site ... go there and you can access blogger! ... even if the government restricts it!
