I am currently looking for a new job. Over the past few weeks , I seen a ton on contracts.
What is the worst contract you ve ever seen? What made it so bad ?

The worst contract I recently saw was from a school called " HB ENGLISH or Haey Boop"located at Daewha-goyan city
The contract stated that the employer will give the employee a return ticket to where the employer found them ( as in the teacher)
Therefore , if the employer finds the teacher in korea , the employer doesnt have to give the teacher a ticket home.
The employer has the right to reduse the salary if the korean co teacher feels they( the expat) arent doing their job. |

Among the terrible university positions now on offer, this one from Seokyeong U is the worst I've seen--2.0 million per month.
9-12 hours per week (read "12"--I guess I should add that at least it's not the 15 that many unis seem to be going for these days) with 6-8 office hours. Overtime pay is the kicker: 15,000 won per hour. Wow.
Uni jobs have gone to hell. |
