Does anyone know how to do this? Can it be done? Also, which banks issue a paypal friendly check card, or any check card that can be used for online payments to places like Amazon.com? |

If you can get a CC there shouldn't be any problem, they have a simple method of clearing your CC.
Directly linking it to your bank account, I have no idea about that. |

Tried signing up for Paypal today with my Korean joke of a "credit card".. Both the CC# and ID# didn't pass. Sucks.. |

My town doesn't have a citibank, which makes applying for a proper Checku-Cada during banker's hours night impossible. Is there Citibank in Seoul, Songtan, Suwon, etc that keeps any Saturday hours so I could actually go in and apply for something?
What about KB, are their cards any good? |
