I may be reaching here, but is there a bar or pub in the Seoul area that features a "Trivia" night in English? So far, that's the only thing, other than my friends, that I miss about the States.

Anyone? Anywhere?

I know it is not Seoul, but if yoou get on line 4 and head South to Jungang Station, the Hangout Bar in Ansan has a trivia night every Thursday night.

Sweet! Are there leagues out there or can I just go on my own and join? I just arrived and I'm the only foreign teacher at my school. Sad

I like your avatar. "What is the origin of the word "avatar" ? Granted, trivia is much better studied in a group setting. Your avatar is still cool.

Is anyone going to the Trivia Nights you mentioned? Anyone need a brainiac on their team? I know Captain Kirk's middle name and the shortest sentence in the bible! Ha!

Do you know the answer?, Three letter word, no vowels, it is in Webster's dictionary. Scrabble players might know. Hint: Begins with "C".
