Left out the name of the ministry just in case. Starts with an 'L', I think!

From what i've heard it's either around Seoul Station or City Hall Station.

I'm not making this up -

I actually worked with a gay, black texan (who converted to Islam) Shocked and said to students "I's gonna learn you to speak English good." He also once pointed to sign and asked [axed] a student "What it read?" He's currently working on his doctorate.

Maybe I should put this in the 'Freakiest Waygook' thread...
