In another posting, I got some replies but as a newbie here (2 months), I could use some advice. My employer is going under after only 2 months in business and he's willing to sign the release since he can't pay me, and I want to stay in Korea and work. Sooooooo......

1) Is the release form a specific form from Immigration, or will a letter suffice, stating the reasons for release?
2) If I want to get another job, what do I do with the written release? Go to Immigration, and do what?
3) Does Immigration give me something that I can take to a new prospective employer?
4) Does the old employer have to go with me to Immigration to state the reasons for release? I've been told "yes" and "no." The academic director at YBM Yeoksan said "yes" but on this forum, I've been told "no." ????

Thanks for your help!!
