Hi everyone, i'm new here and would like to ask a question about the TESL certificate in Korea. I have the certificate from here (Toronto) and I got it from a private school. I'm planning to move to Korea in May with my wife and son and would like to know if I should get a TESL certificate from one of the colleges instead if I want to teach English there. My wife thinks this would be a better choice given all the recent events in Korea and of course how many Koreans are about degrees and all. I wouldn't mind, but that would mean taking the course again, paying more money again, and also the fact that I would have to wait longer to go there. My wife is Korean and our family is still there, so it would be a little easier on us in the beginning. Any thoughts or suggestions
Thanks |
