So, the last couple weeks or so my web-surfing has been glacially slow. No big deal, it happens sometimes. I assume it's related to my ISP's DNS server. Anyway, a few days ago I decided that enough was indeed enough and finally made the switch to Open DNS.
Well, color me impressed. Web pages load now as fast, if not faster, than they ever did before, and (afaik) I don't have to worry about my ISP blocking certain sites (not that they did before, but some Korean ISPs do.)
In any case, if you're having some problems with your web-browsing speed or accessing certain sites, here's the link.

Hmm...apparently that's what they say they do. I'll just say that I haven't noticed any kinds of ads popping up anywhere. |

It's always worked well for me. Improves surfing of U.S. sites. I've never seen any particular ads. |
