Someone brought up the Trent Green hit earlier. Did you see the guy from the Texans taunt Trent Green while he was face down and motionless? The NFL is ruthless.

well he did put his helmet on the guys knee. if he had his other foot planted properly he would have shredded that knee, so im not surprised he was pissed.

Getting ready to watch the mega match up between the Colts and Pats.

Adrian Peterson = rookie of the year. 296 yards today against the Bolts.

Questionable pass interefernce call. Receivers get the benefit of the doubt way too much these days.

Wow. Addai is impressive. Indy's line is getting the job done. Manning has time and Addai has holes. We'll see if NE can make adjustments at halftime. Looks Indy's gonna win this one at this point.

EDIT: Great game but more defensive than I expected. Pass interfernce calls are often controversial and I thought couple in there were pretty weak (Phil Simms seemed to think so too). But I was impressed with Indy's D despite their losing the game. I don't see how these teams won't meet again in the playoffs.

I guess you know by now who won the game...I didn't want to post right after any details in case people recorded the game because of work, etc.

I can't believe the Colts lost it in the last 7mins of the game. I am a Colts fan and have to say I felt like I got a kick in the family jewels.

New England was the favorite to win. Sports writers can't shut up about how strong a team they are. I think the Colts showed if they keep their sh!t together, they are just as good, if not better. I had a sense some of the guys were worn out. They need to work on that stamina...

One thing about the game, I bet the Superbowl won't have that much good football. It was definitely the best match this season.

Well one thing is for sure, the Colts will not be in the Super Bowl.

A lot can happen between now and playoff time. A lot could have gone different in this one game.

I love these uniforms. I think it's just for the 75th anniversary, but I hope they bring them back once a year.

Roethlisberger has another big, efficient game---13-for-16, 5 TDs---but we still have to listen to national media ranking Carson Palmer ahead of him. Palmer, the guy who's done nothing in 4+ years, vs. Roethlisberger, who has had two decent regular seasons, plus this one (20TDs, 111.9 rating), and a Super Bowl victory.

I love those unis too.. Also a big fan of the throwbacks the Lions have worn for the past few Thanksgivings...

Speaking of the Lions, 6-2!!

What the hell is going on here?

Indeed. Anyone who saw that game would have to think that the Colts have a good chance of making it to the SB. Maybe a bit less of a chance than NE, but still a good chance. Any NE fan who saw that game went, "whew" and is probably hoping they don't face them again in the playoffs.

The hell with the Lions. How about them Packers?

7-1. Practically no run game and come from behind victories in their last 2 games...That crazy overtime win over the Broncos. Brett Favre is playing like he a 28 year old, not a 38 year old. Unreal....

Would have been 8-0 if they hadn't blown that Bears game.... Crying or Very sad

Next up is the Vikings. Will the Packers contain Peterson? Will their run game finally materialize? I love the NFL this season Very Happy

It really does not matter, the Colts will lose the the Pats or the Steelers in the playoffs. The Colts are only the third best team in the AFC.
