|
|
| I just got my notebook back from the shop, but the fella who fixed it only put English windows on it. Now I can't type anything in Korean, and no Korean websites are viewable in my browser..... anybody know where I can download the patch to make it possible to type/read korean? I'm using Windows XP. Toshiba notebook, bought it in Korea about 3 years ago. |

START >>> CONTROL PANEL >>> DATE, TIME, LANGUAGE, etc >>> ADD OTHER LANGUAGES
Tick box for "install files for East Asian languages" and hit OK.
It will ask for your Windows CD... if you don't have one, 'acquire' one (I won't tell you how as MS don't like it).
Then you need to change your keyboard...
AS Above, but this time click 'details'. CHange the options to include Korean as default input language, and ADD the Korean keyboard.
Now your Korean keyboard will work as it always did. |
