Why are you and Vanessa so nervous today?
I have two final exams tomorrow, __________.
Answer: and she does too.
or
and so does she.
A student asked me the infamous "WHY" question. He's looking for a rule that I can't seem to remember, or come up with.
Why is it "does" here? |
