Two weeks in Bucheon seems a bit rough on your parents. The hotels are mainly (all?) the sordid sort.
I've seen one possible tourist hotel here. It's on the north side, maybe called 'The Prince' or something. It's a black place just renovated, or maybe still being renovated, along the main drag that runs perpindicular from Emart.
Kimpo's close by so they could easily catch a flight to Jeju or elsewhere for a holiday...

There are some nice hotels in the sandong area. The Koryo Hotel looks reasonably fancy/western, and across the street there's the "Thema" Hotel and the "Sky" Hotel. I stayed in one of them (can't remember which) my first night in Korea and it was western-ish, clean, and had all of the usual hotel amenities. The bed was hard as a rock, tho.

All of these places would probably set you back at least 60/70k a night. They're clustered together just down from the SaveZone/HomePlus.
