I finish my job in mid-February, and want to start the new one in early March. Assuming I have all my documents assembled by the time I finish up at this school, and assuming I go back to my home country as per the new visa guidelines, do you think it'll be possible to get all the notarizations and apostillizations done in time?
Oh yeah, my visa runs out on February 28th, and I'm taking my two weeks vacation starting February 14th. Will I need to cancel out the visa before applying for a new one, do you think?
I'm thinking I won't have time to do it. What do you think, sagacious veterans?
I'm kind of hoping it's impossible, to tell the truth. I don't want to spend my two weeks holiday hopping from hospital to lawyers to consuls. |

Many may predict two months, but so? My prediction is that by February 1 (two full months into the new regs) they will be lessened, especially the consular interview, which will probably be dropped. That's the only one that may hold you up if you have the rest of your documents. |
